    【熱泡 Hot Brewing】

    1. 計量 Masurement : 茶 Tea 5g  :  水 Water 100ml.
    2. 水溫 Temperature : 85~100℃ Water.
    3. 時間 Time : 第一泡 First in 45”~50”秒，第二泡開始增加20”秒 Add another 20" which start in Second time from every brewing.
    4. 品茗 Tasting：將茶從容器出湯 Remove from the container.

     

    【冷泡 Brewing in Room Temperature】

    1. 計量 Masurement : 茶 Tea 2~3g  :  水 Water 100~150ml
    2. 水溫 Temperature : 常溫 Room Temperature
    3. 時間 Time : 常溫狀態為4小時 Room Temperature in 4hours ; 冷藏狀態為8小時 Refrigerated storage in 8hours
